Shipping and returns
All goods are sent from Denmark and can be shipped to selected countries in and outside of Europe. Shipping costs will appear on the order confirmation before you pay.
For orders within Denmark, a shipment fee of 49 DKK will be charged to cover shipping cost. We ship with GLS (private delivery).
Pick up at our showroom in Copenhagen (*only available for Denmark)
You are welcome to pick up your Shangies at our showroom in Copenhagen. Just choose 'Pick Up' option when ordering. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with the information you'll need.

Opening hours: Our showroom is open when we're in the office. Normally this means Wednesday 9-16 and Friday 9-16.

For orders sent to other countries, the charges ranges depending on the destination of the goods. We ship with either GLS or UPS.
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility (where applicable). See country specific shipping costs below:

All orders within Denmark will be delivered within 3-4 working days from the receipt of your order. All orders shipped outside of Denmark will be delivered within 10-12 working days from from the receipt of the order.
We always pack everything carefully, in order to reduce the risk of damage.
In case of delays caused by the shipping company, Shangies.com cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival, please report it to the shipping company immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the purchased items to us. Shangies.com is not responsible for any items damaged during transportation.
Please note that there are no standard shapes and sizes for feet, so an online purchase must be made using an estimate. We have provided a Size guide on shangies.com which can be a helpful tool to ensure you purchase the correct size.
Any items can be returned, exchanged or refunded by shangies.com within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned in their original packaging in the same state they were received. Returns and exchanges are processed at your own risk and expense and is to be handled by you.
If you wish to return your order, you have the following options:
Option 1: Return and/or exchange at our showroom (address: Lipkesgade 28, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark). Please notice we have limited opening hours. We’re open Wednesday 9-16:30 and Friday 9-16.
Option 2: Log into your account and request a return for the item(s) you want to return. See the step-by-step guide below ↓
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Lipkesgade 28, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Option 3: Contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for returning.
Before sending back the item, we will provide you with directions for return.
Once we have received the returned items and checked that the state of the items meets our return requirements, we will credit the amount to the card used for the purchase.

How to submit a return request:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or click here to log in to your account and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
Once we have received your request return please follow the following instructions:
- Pack the items you're returning.
- Send the package to our address (Lipkesgade 28, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark). Use the following information if needed: mobile number: +45 26 84 41 43 and e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please cover or remove any old shipping labels.
- Give the package to your preferred forwarder carrier.
- Track your return to make sure we get it.
A condition for a full refund of your return is that the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order.
Please note that any expenses included in the return must be covered by you. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
