We hope you love your Shangies – but if something’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please note that returns and exchanges are handled at your own risk and expense.

- Paste the code into the store login field to access your account.
- Select the order you'd like to return.
- Choose the item(s) to return and select a return reason.
- Add a note if needed and click Request return.

A note on sizing
Feet come in many shapes and sizes! Our size guide is designed to help you find the perfect fit – but online shopping is always a bit of an estimate. We're happy to help if you're unsure.
