We hope you love your Shangies – but if something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please note that returns and exchanges are handled at your own risk and expense.

You have two return options:

Option 1: Return or exchange in our showroom

Option 2: Return via your online account

If you return from Denmark, please use our return portal here.

If international:
Log in to your account and request a return for the items you wish to send back.
Make sure to enter the tracking number once you’ve shipped your package (See the step-by-step guide below).

Step by step-guide

How to submit a return request:
  1. Click the profile icon in the top menu, orΒ log in here.
  2. Enter your email address and clickΒ Continue.
  3. Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
  4. Paste the code into the store login field to access your account.
  5. Select the order you'd like to return.
  6. Choose the item(s) to return and select a return reason.
  7. Add a note if needed and clickΒ Request return.

  3. Choose your preferred courier and send the package.
    (Make sure to get a proof of delivery for the parcel)
  4. Track your return to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Feet come in many shapes and sizes! OurΒ size guideΒ is designed to help you find the perfect fit – but online shopping is always a bit of an estimate. We're happy to help if you're unsure.
