We hope you love your Shangies โ but if somethingโs not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please note that returns and exchanges are handled at your own risk and expense.

- Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Paste the code into the store login field to access your account.
- Select the order you'd like to return.
- Choose the item(s) to return and select a return reason.
- Add a note if needed and clickย Request return.
- Click the profile icon in the top menu, orย log in here.
- Enter your email address and clickย Continue.
- Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Paste the code into the store login field to access your account.
- Select the order you'd like to return.
- Choose the item(s) to return and select a return reason.

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
