How do I find my size?
We want your feet to be happy.
Our goal is to make the absolute best match between Shangies and your feet.
So here is a guide to help you choose the right size.
- Place your foot with the heel up against a wall.
- Measure your foot in centimeters from heel to the tip of your big toe.
- Find your measurement and corresponding Shangies size in the size guide here.

What happens after I have made a purchase?
Once you have ordered what you want, we will automatically send you an email with an order confirmation. This contains all the information about your order.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
If you haven't received your order information, then please check your spam folder. The order confirmation is sent out automatically and can be sometimes perceived as junk e-mail (spam) by email-suppliers.
If you also do not find the order confirmation in the spam folder then an error may have occurred while registering the order. Please contact us at maria@shangies.com and we will help solve it.
Do you ship international?
YES! We ship worldwide* with either GLS or UPS.
The shipping charges ranges, depending on the destination of the goods.
See country specific shipping costs here.
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility (where applicable).
*Certain countries are exempt and you will be notified at checkout if we do not ship your country at the time of the order.
When is my order sent?
Your order is shipped once we process your order. We usually process your order within a short period of time after the order is received. You’ll then receive a separate email with shipping instructions.
Delivery time usually takes:
- 1-2 days within Denmark
- 2-4 days for the rest of the world
Can I pick up my order in Copenhagen (Denmark)?
Yes! You are welcome to pick up your Shangies at our showroom in Copenhagen.
Just choose Pick Up option when ordering. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with the information you'll need.
Our showroom is open when we're in the office. Normally this means Wednesday 9-16 and Friday 9-15.
You are also welcome to contact us and schedule other pickup times.
How do I return an order?
Any items can be returned, exchanged or refunded by shangies.com within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned in their original packaging in the same state they were received. Returns and exchanges are processed at your own risk and expense and is to be handled by you.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email at maria@shangies.com with your order number and the reason for returning before sending back the item. We will then advise you how to proceed. Please note that any expenses included in the return must be covered by you.
Once we have received the returned items and checked that the state of the items meets our return requirements, we will credit the amount to the card used for the purchase.
How do I get my money back?
When we receive your return, we will refund the money back through the payment solution you used. Refunds to a credit card can take up to ten business days after approval.
