How do I find my size?
We want your feet to be happy.
Our goal is to make the absolute best match between Shangies and your feet.
So here is a guide to help you choose the right size.
- Place your foot with the heel up against a wall.
- Measure your foot in centimeters from heel to the tip of your big toe.
- Find your measurement and corresponding Shangies size in the size guide here.

What happens after I have made a purchase?
Once you have ordered what you want, we will automatically send you an email with an order confirmation. This contains all the information about your order.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
If you haven't received your order information, then please check your spam folder. The order confirmation is sent out automatically and can be sometimes perceived as junk e-mail (spam) by email-suppliers.
If you also do not find the order confirmation in the spam folder then an error may have occurred while registering the order. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will help solve it.
Do you ship international?
YES! We ship worldwide* with either GLS or UPS.
The shipping charges ranges, depending on the destination of the goods.

Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility (where applicable).
*Certain countries are exempt and you will be notified at checkout if we do not ship your country at the time of the order.

When is my order sent?
Your order is shipped once we process your order. We usually process your order within a short period of time after the order is received. You’ll then receive a separate email with shipping instructions.
Delivery time usually takes:
- 1-2 days within Denmark
- 2-4 days for the rest of the world
Can I pick up my order in Copenhagen (Denmark)?
Yes! You are welcome to pick up your Shangies at our showroom in Copenhagen.
Just choose Pick Up option when ordering. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with the information you'll need.
Our showroom is open when we're in the office. Normally this means Wednesday 9-16 and Friday 9-15.
*Limited opening hours in week 30. We're only open for pick ups Friday (July 28) from 13-16 pm.

How do I return an order?
Any items can be returned, exchanged or refunded by shangies.com within 14 days of
All items must be returned in their original packaging in the same state they were received. Returns and exchanges are processed at your own risk and expense and is to be handled by you.
If you wish to return your order, you have the following options:
Option 1: Return and/or exchange at our showroom (address: Lipkesgade 28, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark).
Please notice we have limited opening hours. We’re open Wednesday 9-16:30 and Friday 9-16.
Option 2: Log into your account and request a return for the item(s) you want to return. See the step-by-step guide below ↓ (Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Lipkesgade 28, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.)
Option 3: Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for returning.
Before sending back the item, we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that any expenses included in the return must be covered by you.
Once we have received the returned items and checked that the state of the items meets our return requirements, we will credit the amount to the card used for the purchase.
*Please note that there are no standard shapes and sizes for feet, so an online purchase must be made using an estimate. We have provided a Size guide on shangies.com which can be a helpful tool to ensure you purchase the correct size.
How to submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or here to log in to your account.
Step 1: Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Step 2: Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
Step 3: If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Step 4: Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Step 5: Click Request return.
Once we have received your request return please follow the following instructions:
Step 1: Pack the items you're returning.
Step 2: Send the package to our address (Lipkesgade 28, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark). Use the following information if needed: tlf. +45 26 84 41 43 and e-mail: email@example.com. Please cover or remove any old shipping labels.
Step 3: Give the package to your preferred forwarder carrier.
Step 4: Track your return to make sure we get it.
A condition for a full refund of your return is that the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order.
Please note that any expenses included in the return must be covered by you. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

How do I get my money back?
When we receive your return, we will refund the money back through the payment solution you used. Refunds to a credit card can take up to ten business days after approval.
How much time do I have to return the items?

Where and how do I buy a Shangies by Stilov E-gift card?
You buy a Shangies by Stilov E-gift card on our website here.
The e-gift card can only be used in the currency in which it was purchased. The amount cannot be changed after the purchase has been completed. Currency and amount will be visible in the e-mail you receive with the Shangies by Stilov E-gift card.
Where can I use my Shangies by Stilov E-Gift Card?
It can be used on our website and in our showroom at Lipkesgade 28, 2100 Copenhagen.
It can not be used at any of our retailers.
How long is a Shangies by Stilov E-Gift Card valid for?
E-gift cards are active and can be used for five years from the date of purchase.
